The 4th Annual Orlando Pottery Festival was December 6, 2014.
The Orlando Pottery Festival, Central Florida's Largest Pottery Event, began in 2011 when several members of the City of Orlando's Downtown Pottery Studio were looking for a place to celebrate their craft and sell their work.
With more than 50 potters from Central Florida showcasing their pottery and art, the inaugural festival drew over a thousand people to Loch Haven Neighborhood Center and an annual event was conceived.
The 4th Annual Orlando Pottery Festival was held on Saturday, December 6, 2014. This wonderful grass-roots event was at the same indoor location as previous years, located at the Orlando Ballet's Loch Haven Neighborhood Center, 610 N. Lake Formosa Drive, Orlando, Florida. The high quality of the artists' work, delicious food from swedeDISH and La Empanada, live pottery demos, delightful volunteers from East River High School, individual volunteers, and large crowd of pottery lovers made the event a triumphant success. Thank you to everyone who came out to support local art! We are looking forward to our landmark 5th Orlando Pottery Festival.
