The 3rd annual Orlando Pottery Festival was Saturday, December 7, 2013.
Thank you for supporting Local Art!
The Orlando Pottery Festival, Central Florida's Largest Pottery Event, began in 2011 as an idea in the minds of several members of the city of Orlando's Downtown Pottery Studio, who were looking for a place to celebrate their craft and sell their work.
Cathy Galgano, Lisa Frasier, Elizabeth Maupin, Irv Wurst, Vince Nuccio, John Carter, Raul Matos, Chris LeBlanc, Tim Stahl, Hank Schubert, Cindy Merithew
and others helped plan the first festival, which involved more than 50 potters from across Central Florida and drew more than a thousand people to the festivities at Loch Haven Neighborhood Center.
That show turned out to be more successful than anybody dreamed, so we held a second in 2012. And now the
3rd Annual Orlando Pottery Festival is here! It is Saturday December 7, 2013, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the same indoor location, Loch Haven Neighborhood Center, 610 N. Lake Formosa Drive, Orlando, Florida. Once again there will be music, food trucks, free parking, a raffle, and pottery of every description for all the holiday shopping you have planned - and more!
