I grew up in Orlando, but moved to Lincolnton, North Carolina, 22 years ago.
Lincolnton is clay country and that where I learned how to make pots. I worked out of the Rising Sun Pottery studio there. I participated in shows in the area. Missing Florida, I moved back last April. I make both functional and artistic items. In 2021, I received honorable mention award at the New Smyrna spring art event. Last November I received another honorable mention award at Flamingo Follies. My pottery is described as whimsical, unique, and imaginative. I love creating new items and learning new techniques. |
