Mother. Maker. Bird-Lover. Clay Slinger.
When Belinda first sat down at the wheel, she was a full-time mother looking for a new creative outlet. That was over 15 years ago. Today, Belinda teaches ceramic arts to youth and adults at Central Florida's Crealdé School of Art. When she's not educating, she's grooving to James Taylor in her garage studio while playing in the clay. Distinctive and Bold Belinda derives inspiration from nature within her native Florida and the mountains of the Southeast. Each day begins with a hot cup of coffee and a check-in with the backyard critters, creatures, and winged visitors. Local flora and fauna feature prominently in her functional pottery. Belinda experiments with different clays and glazes to create an organic, earthy look that is timeless. for more information about Belinda Glennon Pottery, visit belindagpottery.com.
