Losing track of time while making art is a favorite form of meditation for me. But finding time to immerse myself in my painting while working full time was a challenge. So a few years back I made the decision to retire completely from the corporate world and the rest is… well, it is how this all came to be.
Expanding my art into clay was a magical transition for me. Always a gardener, loving the feel of the earth, and having an appreciation for nature, clay spoke to me and became my passion. I work primarily on the wheel and joyfully appreciate the welcoming culture at the Orlando Pottery Studio.
Experimenting with form and color and embracing the serendipity of firing in community kilns, my ceramics are varied and always evolving.
